The Firm has extensive experience and knowledge of land use and zoning law. Our lead attorney has extensive experience in civil engineer, allowing our firm to develop intimate knowledge of governmental regulations and procedures, and to establish long-standing relationships that enable them to better guide clients through the approval and permitting processes.

Our Land Use and Zoning attorneys help clients maximize the potential use of their property by assisting in local and state government processes such as rezoning, comprehensive plan amendments, developments of regional impact, development agreements, establishment of community development districts variances, special uses or exceptions, concurrency issues, impact fee issues and historic preservation approvals.
